What is the status of my order and how can I track it?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website's tracking portal or the carrier's site to monitor your luggage's journey to your doorstep.

What does the Travelpro® Built For a Lifetime Limited Warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the usable life of the product. Select collections also include a 'Trusted Companion Promise' which covers damage caused by airlines or other common carriers.

How do I return a product if I am not satisfied?

We offer a 100-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 100 days of purchase, provided the item is in new condition with original packaging.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international destinations in the near future.

How do I clean and maintain my Travelpro® luggage?

For fabric luggage, use a soft cloth and mild soap with warm water. For hardside models, a damp cloth is usually sufficient. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the protective coatings.
